All failed tests are logged in <magento2>/dev/tests/functional/var/log.

This path is set in <magento2>/dev/tests/functional/phpunit.xml, element <env name="basedir" value="<path_to_directory>" />.

All Magento errors are logged in <magento2>/var/log.
